Project Goal
OhioMeansJobs.com had the need to move its site onto the state owned CMS but wanted to create a unique experience to other state website while meeting on all its users needs. The project was scoped to be designed, developed and released in phases. The first phase was moving the site onto the new platform and aligning with the existing CMS patterns. We then personalizing the experience by connect it with third party capabilities. Finally we are working to expand and streamline online services.
Wireframes were created to map out the different flow between an employer and job seeker coming to the site. A new authorization convention (OHiD) would be used to register and log users into the system.
The website would have third party integrated functionality via Monster.com for both employers and job seekers.
