ABB partnered with g2o to help create a streamlined dashboard experience to show customers the value of their maintenance contracts. The value shown would correlate the services delivered to the performance of the plant: quality, downtime avoidance, reduced raw material cost, etc.

Research
I prepare discussion guide & customer interview methodology . My team conducted customer interviews with provided customers to understand the user needs and requirements for the dashboard’s data visualizations. We conducting a mapping exercise to identify relationships between customer needs and available data and organize potential visualizations into a logical hierarchy. Between March and April 2021, we conducted eleven research sessions with internal ABB and customer participants to gain insights on service contract management.

The Product Description
Our final products with a pattern library designed with flexible components to be used on different outlined page template. The page template and correlating components were created to work based on the site architecture we had created to meet the needs of the different user types and access levels.
