Overview
As Senior UX Designer, I collaborated with KeyBank's product and technical stakeholders to frame, plan, and deliver KeyBanks revised Small Business Wellness Review. I oversaw the evaluative research, visual design, interaction Design, and a content strategy of the core experience.
Project Goal
Keybank partnered with g2o (formerly ICC-Clutch) to create a first-of-its-kind program driven by artificial intelligence, which guides small business owners through a comprehensive conversation about their business to identify their needs and offers industry-specific guidance and customized cash flow recommendations.
Research
Several research mythologies were used when designing the Small Business Wellness Review platform including stakeholder alignment workshops, in-person interviews with KeyBank Small Business Advisors, and A-B usability test at lab facilities in Cleveland Ohio with small business owner participants.
The Product Description
The Small Business Wellness Index, which measures the drivers, challenges, payment trends and financing needs of small business owners across the country draws its data base partially from KeyBank's proprietary Small Business Wellness Review. Since launching the Small Business Wellness Review in 2018, KeyBank has taken the pulse of more than 38,000 American small business owners across the bank's 15-state footprint.
